    I’ve always been what they call a “hard gainer” at the gym. I lift weights and get ripped, but don’t really bulk up with muscle. I listened to this session and your gain muscle one and it has made a huge difference. I’ve gained about 11 pounds of muscle in 2 months. I think these two sessions really compliment each other.       That’s great to hear Brad. Yes some people need to eat more to gain muscle. I think that’s the same reason why I couldn’t build much muscle in my 20’s. My appetite is much better now!
